Our client is a European digital agency operating in Russia, which provides eBusiness expertise, marketing solutions and technical tools to help brands building their e-commerce such as working process, eMarketing expertise of the Russian market, Customers acquisition, ROI optimization or CRM.
Due to strong development, our client is looking for a Support Developer :
– The support Developer is responsible for the support of the main tool of the agency: TrackAd.
– She/He will follow the clients in their technical integration from question about specifications untill the launching of TrackAd.
– She/He will work with users (internal and external) to help them use the tool at maximum capacity.
– She/He is involved in development tasks in order to fix the problems and improve the user experience.
– Her/His role will be to exchange with different type of users, to find smart solutions for complex problems, to contribute his own
– ideas and to push forward our products as a whole.
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
– Deployment of TrackAd in connection with the client and the marketing team of eStore Agency
– Daily support and exchange
– Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and bring new features
WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
– Perfect knowledge of PHP and MySQL
– Knowledge of Linux server
– Experience with Symfony2
– Organization, thoroughness, enthusiasm and good relational qualities
– Proactive , fast thinking and team spirit
– English spoken
