Our client is a French company named Kameleoon, one of the leaders in A/B testing for websites and mobile applications as well as site personalization. Kameleoon is a SaaS tool that adds a dynamic layer of customization and optimization for websites. Once installed, it allows clients to create any variations (decoration, appearance, images, position of elements …) or even the content of their web pages directly from their favorite browser and launch an A / B test. The unique solution our client provides allows clients to select the most efficient and adapted visualization for any of their media and having access to more than 80 qualification criteria.

Due to strong development in Russia, Kameleoon is looking for a Consultant to consolidate the relations with the clients.

Tasks :

– Presales functions: introduce the solution to prospect and clients.

– Managing implementation, technical support and aftersales.

– Providing customers with trainings.

– Maintaining a strong, permanent and reliable link with customers.

– Acting as a Project manager between the customer’s technical and complex inquiries and Kameleoon’s technical teams and ensure the necessary follow up.

Requirements :

– Be strongly client and service oriented.

– Be start-up oriented.

– A wide knowledge of internet and a strong curiosity.

– A strong knowledge of web-analytics tools and solutions is required.

– Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS and overall in Tag management.

– At least 3 years of experience.

– Fluent English is a mandatory French would be a plus.
