Business Developer (Retail / FMCG)
Our client is an international company providing a wide range of services for retailers and FMCGs, including graphic materials for retail purposes such as brochures, leaflets or catalogues.
Our client was created in 1998 and now operates mostly in nine countries, including CEE region (Russia, Poland, Ukraine, Hungary), SE (Romania), Africa (Egypt) and the Balkans. Part of a global network, our client also operates in France and South Asia.
Our client is developing and promoting a new and original solution allowing retailers to substantially modify their relations with graphic material providers.
Therefore, our client is now looking for its Business Developer to promote their new solution to the major retailers on the Russian market.
The Ideal candidate :
- Must have a complete and global view and understanding of the retail’s business in Russia.
- Must have a deep understanding of the complexity of catalogues, brochures and leaflets conception’s processes.
- Must be able to identify, target, contact and convince the adequate contacts such as, for example, marketing directors or IT directors within retailers operating in Russia.
- Must be well organized and with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Must be self-motivated and highly disciplined in management of time
- Must be able to work in total autonomy.
- Must speak fluently English, French would be a plus.
- Must show a strong multicultural awareness and sensitivity
- Must be able to manage and follow long sale process (up to one year)
- Must have a strong ability and knowledge on workflow management
- Must have an understanding of SaaS way of working.
