Within the Business Unit Service, the Customer Support Operation Department’s primary mission is to ensure technical support to our client’s customers for the correct exploitation of their installations.
The Automation specialist is in charge of technical supports to the customer’s clients: hotline, expertise, advice as well as well as any other potential needed support.
The Automation Specialist may also need to perform technical modification of existing facilities.
Technical education with a specialization in automation and numerical control.
Knowledge of structured programming.
Knowledge of computer languages C, C # as well as Electrical Engineering.
Good knowledge of Schneider and Siemens Automation.
Rigorous, autonomous and responsible.
Good English since the position requires frequent communications with the headquarters as well as the customer service center.
