Inflation in Russia in 2021

There are a lot of talks about inflation in Russia, for this year 2021, so what’sthe situation ?
The Gogov.ru site is one of the best statistical sources in Russia and it provides the “official” inflation by year, the one calculated by Rosstat which is the Federal Service for State Statistics.
Inflation for 2021 is officially be 8.39%, while actual and perceived inflation seems closer to 12 / 15%.
