We are ATSAL, an HR Consulting & Recruitment Agency, operating in Russia, CIS and EU.

Our client is a French company that develops and sells a skills management platform specialized in the Health and Safety field for major industrial international groups.

To accompany its rapid growth our client is looking to create a development unit in Russia, Saint Petersburg:

Missions

As part of a team working through an agile SCRUM methodology, the missions will be as following:
– Management of the development team and schedules ;
– Participation in the recruitment of new talents ;
– Development of the SaaS platform and its new features;
– Development and integration of APIs ;
– Technological watch and improving your own skills ;
– Backend activities (Fullstack would be a plus) ;

Profile

– At least 5 years’ experience in PHP development, including at least 3 with the Symfony framework;

– Php
– Symfony 3
– MySQL
– React JS
– HTML5/CSS3
– Git Job requirements

– Experience in managing small/medium size team would be a plus;
– Good communication skill level;
– English Language
