We provide an extensive range of HR Services, cover a wide range of industries and operate in Russia as well as CIS and Europe.
In order to support our growth, we look for a Senior Consultant to join our #AtsalTeam!
The role
Contribute to business growth via active business development to gain new accounts, full account management (new accounts and existing ones) and of course successfully conduct recruitment projects.
Building and developing a strong network, becoming and acting as a reliable and trustful partner for clients, understanding their strategy and business goals, as well as for candidates, providing them with a strong, professional and positive candidate experience.
The ideal candidate
Has a proven track record in closing complex recruitment project: middle and top management as well as technical positions.
Is business oriented with strong commercial skills, strongly customer-oriented, deeply understanding what Service providing means.
Has an experience of dealing with large corporations as well as SME (small and medium size business), ideally Foreign AND Russian companies.
Is fluent in English (written and spoken), French / German would be really useful as well as any other European language.
Is Team player but also capable to work in full autonomy, in a small team.
Working with method, paying a lot of attention to details and working processes.
