Our client is a Foreign global company, one of the world leader in the production and distribution of Olive oil.
Account Management :
– Analysis of the needs of the client and the proposition of technical and efficient solutions for the sales development
– Participation in the definition of the company’s commercial policy on behalf of the client for which he/she is responsible and establishes a business plan for each client.
– Setting of the sales objectives and follow-up of their realization.
– Realization of Sales Negotiations
Business Development :
– Continuous prospection of new clients
– Acceleration of products’ referencing at the new prospects (Federal retailers/ Regional retailers/ distributors…)
– Optimization of promotional offers, taking care of the products’ implementation and their positioning on shelves.
The needed profile
– Higher education
– With at least 3-5 years experience
– Experience as a Sales / KAM
– Knowledge of FMCG / Food ecosystem in Russia
– Proven experience in listing new products in FMCG.
– Fluent English.
– Excellent communication and relational skills.
– Client oriented.
– Excellent in stress and crisis management.
– Rigorous and organized.
