We are ATSAL, an HR Consulting & Recruitment Agency operating in Russia, CIS and Europe.
Our client is a Foreign global company, one of the world leader in the production and distribution of Olive oil.
Tasks
Account Management :
— Analysis of the needs of the client and the proposition of technical and efficient solutions for the sales development
— Participation in the definition of the company’s commercial policy on behalf of the client for which he/she is responsible and establishes a business plan for each client.
— Setting of the sales objectives and follow-up of their realization.
— Realization of Sales Negotiations
Business Development :
— Continuous prospection of new clients
— Acceleration of products’ referencing at the new prospects (Federal retailers/ Regional retailers/ distributors…)
— Optimization of promotional offers, taking care of the products’ implementation and their positioning on shelves.
The needed profile
— Higher education
— With at least 3-5 years experience
— Experience as a Sales / KAM
— Knowledge of FMCG / Food ecosystem in Russia
— Proven experience in listing new products in FMCG.
— Fluent English.
— Excellent communication and relational skills.
— Client oriented.
— Excellent in stress and crisis management.
— Rigorous and organized.
