Our client is a French global company which produces a unique SaaS software that helps companies during their hiring processes. They started out by positioning themselves in the behavioral assessment segment. Today, they are the leader in predictive recruiting.
Our client is looking for a Sales Direct Representative in Russia.
-Identify potential prospects by setting up prospecting strategies independently (using various sales techniques: prospecting, e-mailing, social selling, inbound marketing and events)
-Contact them to understand their needs and build their HR project with our client’s solution,
-Organize qualified meetings with the Account Executive and support him until the signature of the lead.
– Report leads during HR events that you will have created alone or in collaboration with the Marketing team.
-Test and contribute to the choice of new prospecting technique tools.
– Strong sales skills and strong capacity for finding information / contact details on the web.
– Able to refuse to take “no” for an answer, if the door’s locked, to go through the window! 😉
– A 5+ years of experience would be appreciated
– Technophile, connected, agile.
– English language, French would be a plus
– Excellent conditions.
