Sales / BD Manager in Russia and CIS (Chinese Biological Company)

We are ATSAL, an HR Consulting & Recruitment Agency operating in Russia, CIS and Europe.

Our client is a Chinese biological company that committed to developing and manufacturing CHO chemically-defined media also providing cell line and media formulation development services.

Our client is looking for Sales/BD Manager in Russia to be responsible for the market development in Russia and Russian speaking countries, formulating the company’s overseas sales strategy and planning.

Missions

– Be responsible for key customer service and business development in Russia and Russian speaking regions, improve market share, and fulfill the company’s performance requirements;

– Cooperate with the marketing department to improve the competitiveness and reputation of the company in the Russian speaking region;

– Establish necessary sales channels, develop distributors in Russian speaking regions, and encourage and urge them to complete their tasks;

– Formulate sales strategies and marketing plans in Russian speaking regions, and monitor budget and plan implementation;

– Other work arranged by line manager

Profile needed

– Bachelor degree or above, major in biology or pharmacy is preferred.

– Strong Sales/BD Skills and existing Biopharmaceutical customer relationship network.

– Better if familiar with biopharmaceutical process

> over 3 years sales experience in related industries.

– Language: native Russian + English and or Chinese.

– Able to travel (In Russia and abroad).

Conditions

– Good financial conditions.

– Direct reporting to CEO.

– Home office and PEO Service.
