Our client is a Chinese world leading IT company looking for a Russia Service Representative to join their local filial in Moscow.
– Analysis of local customer service demand and development trend
– Evaluate service system operation status quo, make planning and improvement plan
– Responsible for customer satisfaction and service quality management
– Cooperate with sales team for problem solving, as well as planning and implementation of Key service projects
– Bachelor degree or above, major in computer’ electronics related subjects.
– Familiar with establishment and operation management of customer service system in ICT industry, with over 3 years’ experience in IT industry.- Be self-motivated and can work efficiently under pressure.
– Be fluent in local language, as well as English.
– Regular working hours, 8*5 per week.
– Working location: based in the local office in Moscow
– Report to the sales service team based in Russia and China.
– Salary is negotiable based on the experience and ability of the candidates.
– Three-year contract role.
