Our client is AOHUA, a high-tech enterprise that specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of video endoscopic equipment.
Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to develop its business in Russia.
– Responsible for the sales of products within designated area, the development and management of distributors, and achieving sales targets;
– Collect local market and competitor information, explore and screen suitable distributor channels;
Train and guide dealers in market development and terminal hospital visits to obtain terminal feedback;
– Develop local brand building and promotion plans, such as exhibition participation, platform training, etc.;
– Assist in completing product registration in the local area to ensure compliant sales.
– Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in international sales of medical equipment; experience in sales of endoscopic products is preferred
– Excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English and Russian
– Possess clear logical analysis and judgment skills, excellent interpersonal communication and influence;
– Possess teamwork spirit and strong ability to withstand pressure;
– Adaptability to business trips.
