Our client is French company MAPA, one of the world‘s leading protective glove manufacturers.
MAPA produces and sells a wide range of gloves for professional environment.
Our client is looking for its:
Regional Sales Manager Russia
Missions:
- In charge of development of sales at end users level in the whole region.
- Visit the major industries of regions: meeting with HSE Manager, Purchase manager, Production manager.
- Convert the industries visited in the MAPA gloves user (workshop survey, solution provider, negotiator)
- Control and manage the sales through the existing distributor network.
- Implementation of trade marketing activities decided by Country manager
- Set up a long term partnership with mains distributors.
Profile:
- High curiosity is needed.
- Boldness and perseverance. ( Don’t give up before conclusion)
- Like to meet people. Good to lead and conclude a meeting
- Enjoy travelling 4 days a week.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Experience> 3 years.
- Ability to entrust on a long terms in this mission.
- Ability to work through a distribution network.
- Background: Manufacturer – B toB products
- Experience in a structured Company.
- Action plan
- Key account management
- English fluent.
- Personal car
