We are ATSAL, HR-Partner of the French House of Entrepreneurship in Moscow. In order to support our growth, we look for a Recruitment specialist to join our Team.

Your missions

– Set up and develop a professional relation with existing clients.
– Advice clients according to their business goals (in various industries).
– Search, identify, interview and select the best profiles according to the client’s requirements.
– Follow the candidate’s integration in their new company.
– Identify potential clients and decision makers.

We are open to give you the ability to contribute to business growth.

Who we are looking for

– HR Passionate, with an experience in recruitment.
– Customer oriented that understands what Service providing is.
– Speaking English, French or another European language would be a plus.
– Being Team player but also capable to work in full autonomy.

Conditions

– Upper market official fix salary + bonuses.
– Small and friendly team of professionals.
– Place of work: House of French Entrepreneurship, Business center Sputnik (metro Paveletskaya)
– Working hours: 10 / 19.
