Lawyer! (Mid-Level / French language)

Our client is a fast-growing law firm with offices in Moscow, Paris, London and Bogota, having a balanced portfolio of corporate and private clients.

Our client is looking for a talented Mid-level Lawyer with minimum 3 years of experience.

Mission

– Draft / review corporate documents, commercial and labour agreements.
– Preparing memos and consultations on various legal matters (corporate, commercial, antitrust, labour, tax, personal data, etc.).
– Provide answers to clients’ requests.

Profile

– Diploma at a 1st rank law school.
– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in House.
– Russian native speaker fluent in French and English (oral and written).
– Good commands in Russian corporate, commercial law with interest in labour law and compliance.
– Client and service-oriented.
– Good communication skills
– Flexible / multitask
– Responsible, well organized and accurate
