Junior Lawyer (Tax/Corporate)
We are ATSAL, an HR Consulting & Recruitment Agency operating in Russia, CIS and Europe.
Our client is a fast-growing law firm with offices in Moscow, Paris, London and South America and a balanced portfolio of corporate and private clients.
Our client is looking for a talented Lawyer with the relevant experience in a law firm, big 4 or family office.
Responsibilities:
- Research and draft consultations on various legal matters (corporate, tax, commercial, migration, compliance, antitrust, labour, personal data, etc.)
- Assist Senior Tax Lawyer in preparing tax declarations, CFC notifications, research and consultation on tax and currency control matters
- Draft corporate, commercial and other documents
- Arrange and perform registration procedures (creation and liquidation of the companies, registration of changes of General Director, address, etc., visits to notaries and state authorities, banks, etc.)
- Support client’s day-to-day activities (communicating with accountants, sub-providers, etc.)
Candidate:
- Diploma at a nationally-accredited law school (MGU, MGIMO, HSE, VAVT, …)
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a law firm, big 4 or family office
- Russian native speaker fluent in English (oral and written), French is a plus
- Good commands in Russian corporate, commercial and real estate law, litigation experience is a plus
- Client and service-oriented
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Flexible / multitask
- Responsible, well organized and accurate
