Key Account & Sales Manager (outsourcing services)

We are ATSAL, an HR Consulting & Recruitment Agency operating in Russia, CIS and Europe.

Our client is one of the leading providers of accounting, tax, payroll, legal, audit and IT consulting services in Russia, Kazakhstan and the CIS.

Our client is looking for a Key Account & Sales Manager to provide high level customer support and customer management as well as actively searching for new customers.

Tasks
– Implementation of sales targets.
– Conducting negotiations with customers.
– Conducting correspondence and interaction with customer’s divisions (local office / HQ).
– Compliance with the company’s standards for working with customers.
– Ensure the fulfillment of company’s obligations in relation with the customers
– Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with customers.
– Maintaining permanent customer’s relations and sales of services.
– Coordination of receiving and executing orders from customers.
– Working with contracts.
– Receiving feedback from customers.
– Conflict management

Must have / Must be
Higher education
– Experience in sales from 5 years (similar services are welcome)
Knowledge of English is a must
– Knowledge of other languages (German) is welcome
– Work experience in a foreign company for at least 5 years
– Microsoft office proficiency and knowledge of CRM systems
– Working with the NPS system

Conditions
– Main place of work – Moscow
– Social package and employment under the Labor Code.
– Salary, bonus program (monthly /annually).
– Hybrid mode of operation (ability to work remotely).
– Business trips are mandatory.
