Our client is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their Moscow Office.
– Deliver agreed targets and achieve growth.
– Develop and implement a growth plan for own territory within the global framework: local strategy, tactics, sales plans.
– Executing strategic plan set by GM.
– Execute an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.
– Overall responsibility of (long-term) customer relationships in Russia: new business development, renewals, customer health (understanding customer needs).
– Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
– Lead RFP processes and contract negotiations in the region within the published price list and negotiation levels.
– Strong sales skills.
– Ability to identify, search, transforn mostly B2B and also B2G clients.
– Lightly tech-friendly,
– > 5 years of experience if possible in selling business services in B2B.
– An experience with selling SaaS solutions appreciated, but not a mandatory.
– Official employment in accordance with Russian labour code.
