Lawyer (General practice)
We are ATSAL, an HR Consulting & Recruitment Agency operating in Russia, CIS and Europe.
Our client is a fast-growing law firm with offices in Moscow, Paris, London and South America and a balanced portfolio of corporate and private clients.
Our client is looking for a talented
talented Lawyer with the relevant experience in a law firm, big 4 or family office.
Responsibilities:
- Research and draft consultations on various legal matters (corporate, commercial, real estate, migration, sanctions, compliance, antitrust, labour, etc.)
- Draft corporate, labour and litigation documents, represent clients in court
- General corporate support (creation and liquidation of the companies, visits to notaries and state authorities, etc.)
- Review and negotiate real estate and commercial agreements
- Assist in migration formalities (obtaining work permits for foreign (European) citizens, filing migration reports and notifications, etc.)
Candidate:
- Diploma at a nationally-accredited law school (MGU, MGIMO, HSE, VAVT, …)
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a law firm, big 4 or family office
- Russian native speaker fluent in English (oral and written), French is a plus
- Good commands in Russian corporate, commercial and real estate law, litigation experience is a plus
- Client and service-oriented
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Flexible / multitask
- Responsible, well organized and accurate
