Junior Lawyer (Litigation – Real Estate)
We are ATSAL, an HR Consulting & Recruitment Agency, operating in Russia, CIS and EU.
Our client is a growling law firm with offices in Moscow, Paris, London and Bogota; our client is looking for a Junior Lawyer!
Responsibilities:
- Becoming member of Litigation and Real estate practices, being involved in real estate due diligence and transactions, court disputes on bankruptcy, commercial, real estate, etc;
- Research, analysis and drafting memos and consultations on various legal matters, including real estate, corporate, commercial, antitrust, labour, tax, personal data…;
- Provide answers to clients’ requests;
- Draft and review commercial agreements
The candidate
- Diploma at a nationally-accredited 1st rank law school (e.g. MGU, MGIMO, HSE
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a law firm or In House
- Experience in real estate and litigation is a plus, but not a prerequisite
- Good commands in real estate, civil process, corporate and commercial law with a strong interest to develop in litigation and real estate;
- Russian native speaker with fluency in French and English (oral and written)
- Client and service-oriented;
- Good communication skills; flexible / multitask;
- Responsible, well organized and accurate.
