We are also the HR Partner of the French House of Entrepreneurship in Moscow.
We provide an extensive range of HR Services, cover a wide range of industries and operate in Russia as well as CIS and Europe.
In order to support our growth, we look for a JEDI Recruiter to join our Team and work on various and complex projects!
Mission
– Sourcing candidates in a proactive way using all potential sources: databases, social networks, networking platforms, referrals …
– Proceed to Full-Cycle recruitment cycle for a various range of positions (middle to top management and complex positions) and a various range of industries.
– Proceed accurately with candidates to ensure them an ATSAL compliant candidate experience.
– Assess and evaluate candidates in accordance to client’s needs.
– Managing job offers, closing and onboarding procedures.
– Interact professionally with clients in order to understand their need and advise them regarding their recruitment issues.
The ideal candidate
– Recruitment Lover.
– Customer oriented, understanding what Service providing is.
– Agile.
– Speaking English, French would be a big plus.
– Capable to work in full autonomy.
– Attentive to details and processes.
– Hyper energetic and focused on closing the recruitment projects.
Conditions
– Upper market official fix salary + bonuses.
– Place of work: House of French Entrepreneurship, Business center Sputnik (metro Paveletskaya)
– Working hours: 10 / 19 but depending on tasks.
