We are also the HR Partner of the French House of Entrepreneurship in Moscow.
We provide an extensive range of HR Services, cover a wide range of industries and operate in Russia as well as CIS and Europe.
We are looking for an HR Assistant to support our development in Russia as well as abroad.
Missions
– Provide proactive support to Partners.
– Sourcing : search and selection of CVs.
– Meeting organization with candidates.
– Participation to meetings with Fee-earners.
– Follow up integration sheet of the candidates.
– Answering to candidates on social networks.
– Obtain recommendation for candidates when necessary.
– Grow our database by inserting CVs in our applicant tracking system.
– Updating database of candidates.
– Handle phone calls (incoming, outgoing).
– Post and promote all the job descriptions on job-boards, websites and social networks …
– Animate our corporate online communication (website, pages, groups…).
– Translations of texts, articles and others HR documents.
The ideal candidate
– Speaks English and French.
– Has excellent computer skills.
– Is able to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
– Is quick-thinking and with good memory for details;
– Is responsible, positive and team-player.
– Has good communication skills.
– Has an excellent presentation.
– Stress resistant
