We are ATSAL, a French/Russian HR agency based in Moscow with ongoing recruitment operations in Russia, France and Cyprus.
We are looking for a Hospitality manager to fully manage all daily operations of our client’s house that is being rented to individuals who want to enjoy their holidays in Cyprus.
Mission
1) Be at the house for arrival / departure of clients in the best condition including (non-exhaustive):
* Welcome clients
* Ensure Key transfer (arrival and departure)
* House inventory (indoors / outdoors)
* Check electrical consumption (arrival and departure)
* Show them House functionality
2) Solve any potential issues that could happen during the client’s journey, in a smart and friendly customer-oriented manner and using external provider when needed (being available by phone and physically).
The ideal profile
– Should have an experience as a hospitality manager.
– Must have a solid understanding of Service and be customer oriented and understand the needs of potential client in the field of accommodation.
– Must be proactive and react fast, acting as a problem-solver.
– Must have good communication (verbal and written) skills.
– Should have a car.
– Must speak English and Greek / Russian.
Conditions
– Position based in the south of Cyprus (Ayia Napa district).
– Not a full-time job, flexible working hours, with seasonal activity pics (in summer).
– Fix remuneration upon discussion.
– Owners of the House are French / Russian.
