Finance Manager (logistic company)
We are ATSAL, an HR Consulting & Recruitment Agency operating in Russia, CIS and Europe.
Our client is a logistics company existing since 2011 and specializing in sea transportation, railway transportation and sea-railway combined transportation between China and Russia. With over 10 years of experience in China-Russia transportation.
Our client is looking for a Finance Manager due to business expansion in Russia !
Missions
- Financial Management: Responsible for formulating and implementing the company’s financial management policies and processes in the Russian region, including financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, audit coordination, and fund management.
- Tax Management: Ensure the company’s tax compliance in Russia, declare and pay various taxes in compliance, and promptly understand and respond to changes in national and local tax laws.
- Bank Relationship Management: Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with banks and financial institutions, and handle related affairs such as fund settlement, financing, and foreign exchange management.
- Internal Control: Based on the financial management requirements of the group, taking into account local business situations and regional differences, establish and improve financial internal control systems to ensure compliance, accuracy, and effectiveness of the company’s financial operations.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Responsible for conducting financial analysis, providing reports on financial condition, performance, and risks, and providing reliable financial data and advice for decision-making.
- Risk Management: Identify and evaluate financial related risks, and propose corresponding control measures and suggestions to ensure the financial security of the company
Skills
- Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in finance, accounting or related fields is preferred.
- Work Experience: With at least 3 years of financial experience, familiar with Russian financial and tax regulations.
- Professional Knowledge: Familiar with financial management, cost control, budgeting and other financial management knowledge and skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written Russian and Chinese, capable of conducting business negotiations and communication.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using office software and financial management systems, with good data analysis and report writing skills.
- Communication and Coordination Skills: Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem Solving Ability: Possess the ability to think independently and solve problems, and be able to cope with complex financial and business challenges.
