Finance Director (Western company)

We are ATSAL, an HR Consulting & Recruitment Agency, Russian partner of the international recruitment group Talentor, operating in 28 countries.

Our client is a mid—sized Western company with already stabilized operations in Russia.
Our client is looking for a Finance Director in their Office in Saint Petersbourg.

Duties

– Manage all finance aspects of the Russian branch.
– Report to the Group headquarter, following group methodologies.
– Contribute to Business Plan definition.
– Manage the local team (< 5 people) on all financial aspects.
– Accounting: review, approve and report monthly and annual accounts (P & L, BS, CF) and ensure compliance with local accounting standards
– Financial control: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by setting up internal controls and training, documenting procedures.
– Taxation: Approve the amounts of all existing taxes, understand and optimize the tax environment of the company.
– Supervise the payroll.
– Manage the General Services of the different offices in Russia.
– Manage relation with local auditors and controllers.

Tasks

– Bachelor’s in finance or equivalent experience.
– 10 years of experience as a Financial position in a global Group.
– Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
– Strong communication and management skills.

Conditions

– Excellent financial conditions (fix + bonuses).

– Location: Saint Petersburg.
– Report to the Chief Financial Officer Group.
