Our client is a French global company which produces a unique SaaS software that helps companies during their hiring processes. They started out by positioning themselves in the behavioral assessment segment. Today, they are the leader in predictive recruiting.
Our client is looking for a Customer Success Manager !
/ Ensure customer onboarding:
– Understanding customer needs and ensuring personalized skills development
– Transform their mindset to change the HR world
– Transfer your expertise by supporting them in getting started with AssessFirst and setting up the tool in their company,
/ Animation of interventions:
– Ensure extraordinary interventions (great atmosphere, creation of good relations, personalization …)
– Be responsible for the different stages of each intervention (workshops, webinar, training etc …):
– Organize, animate, monitor sessions and validate the level of learning and satisfaction of the group
/ Customers follow-up:
– Ensure that all users are comfortable with the platform and the interpretation of questionnaire results
– Identify the risks of churn and the potential of each account
– Share customer feedback internally to optimize the solution
– Energy, dynamism and ability to listen, answer train and teach.
– Fast learning, effective understanding of customer need
– Knowing how to respond to customer objections.
– >5 years of experience.
– Technophile, connected, agile.
– English language, French would be a plus
– Excellent conditions.
– A really dynamic and agile environment.
– Freedom: This is a full remote position but in Russia, Moscow would be better.
