We are ATSAL, an HR Consulting & Recruitment Agency, Russian partner of the international recruitment group Talentor, operating in 28 countries.
Our client is looking for a CTO to pilot and support the launch of the Ad tech platform and then act as a business partner of the project.
CTO is responsible for the successful transformation of the MVP into a full-fledged solution and subsequent development in accordance with the company’s strategy.
CTO is the leader of the development team and is responsible for the platform architecture, design and performance. In addition, CTO ensures a second line of customer technical support as a tech support team manager.
With extensive development and support experience, CTO acts as a mentor for employees of subordinate units.
Mission
– Ensure the finalization and market launch of the new platform of our client.
– Create a in house technical team (< 5 people) and manage this team dedicated to this project.
– Propose & Select additional resources when necessary.
– Ensure the constant evolution of the product and accompany the international development.
– After the finalization of the product, you will have the possibility to become a full Business Partner of the project.
Ideal candidate
– 10+ years of software development (Java)
– 5+ years of management experience in software development and technical support
– Able to pilot and coordinate technical team.
– Experience with Agile development methodology
– Experience in architecture design and product development from the ground up
– Must speak English (intermediate level).
– Must want and to become a Business Partner.
