Our client is looking to hire a Country Sales Manager to increase their presence in Russia.
– Business development with cooperation with our local distributor.
– Targeted markets: Oil & Gas industry, Mining industry, Heavy industry, Food & Beverage industry, Ship / Shipyard / Port industries, Utilities market (Power-Gen, Water-treatment).
– Brand/Product specification with end-users and engineering companies.
– Follow-up projects at all stages, from identification, specification, quotation, order to payment.
– Develop brand awareness using all marketing tools and local approach.
– Update the CRM system regularly with all the information related to the visit activity, offers …
– Report to the management on a weekly basis.
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position (Electrical Busines Development Engineer). Used to working in a European / International group context.
– High capacity to develop targeted approaches adapted to each category of client.
– Great ability to manage his schedule and work in total autonomy.
– Already have contacts / relations with in the targeted industrial fields as Mining, O&G … (Proper evidence is required).
– Russian native speaker, fluent in English.
– Personal situation allowing frequent travel: domestic as well as international.
– Excellent Financial conditions (Fix + non capped bonuses).
– Local partner/distributor with existing busines flow
– Strong support team at Headquarter, Russian speaking sales-assistant.
