Our client, a French company having 3500 employees in 35 countries, manufacture, assemble and install turnkey processing solutions for their Customers worldwide mostly in the field of Food & Beverage (F&B), Pharma & Biotech (P&B), Cosmetics & Hygiene (C&H) and Brewery markets.
Our client is looking for a Commissioning Engineer of Processing Equipment to join their Moscow team.
– Field Implementation of projects related to Food, Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical Processing
– Perform and lead field works during Start-up, commissioning, diagnostics, maintenance inspections and troubleshooting of processing equipment
– Assure communication with Customer’s production staff, training of operators
– Optimization of processing parameters, equipment availability and product safety
– Preparations of shutdowns, planning and coordinating of works, perform proper equipment start-ups on time
– Conducting technical and organizational arrangements with the Client and with cooperators during project implementation
Who we look for
– Experience in field implementations min. 3 years in the field of processing equipment
– Understanding and knowledge of fluids processes (batch-productions, thermal and mechanical fluids treatment, storage and distribution of fluids, etc.) with field of Food, Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical Industry
– Established experience in commissioning and servicing of industrial installations
– Good knowledge of flow equipment (valves, pumps, HE, instrumentation)
– Some basic knowledge of PLC programming, networking and visualization of production processes and automatic measurement systems
– Higher technical education, direction of automation, electrical engineering or related
– Good knowledge of English spoken and written and / or French
– Teamwork skills, entrepreneurship and initiative
– Commitment and a positive approach to the challenges
– Driving License and willingness to travel 80%
