We are ATSAL, an HR Consulting & Recruitment Agency, Russian partner of the international recruitment group Talentor, operating in 28 countries.
Our client is a global home improvement and gardening retailer with more than 400 stores in 12 countries and more than 30.00 employees in Russia.
Due to strong development in Russia our client is now looking for a Country OMNI Channel leader.
Responsibility area
- Omni Customer Experience (CJM approach to improve all).
- Seamless Customer view (data, customer development, CRM, loyalty, etc.).
- Brand consistency (concept and purity of the Brand).
- Connecting People / more transversal than territorial!
- Member of the GL.

- 3 key areas: digital/internet + merchandising/concept + CRM/sales… Has at least 2 strong out of 3!
- Management of large and multi-competence teams (>50 persons).
- Helicopter view, on particular on processes to guarantee maximal quality of service for customers.
