Commissioning Engineer (Food & Industry)

We are ATSAL, an HR Consulting & Recruitment Agency, Russian partner of the international recruitment group Talentor, operating in 32 countries.

Our client is a global company providing a wide range of Equipements for Oil and Gaz as well as Food Industry.

Mission

• Take over the systems designed by our client

Get familiar with the project’s technical side.
Organizing the trip associated with the intervention (transportation, conveniences …)
Attend machine testing.

• Attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) when included in the service to customer

Attends the FAT opening meeting
Assists Project Managers for the system’s technical presentation
Takes part in system tests.
Brings her / his expertise and experience in the field of startups

• Perform startups at customers site (new equipment and old devices upgrades)

Attends the opening meeting with the client and the various parties (completion schedule …)
Controls system integration performed by the customer (implantation, connection of utilities)
Validates and connects machines communications (between automation units)
Validates system operating modes
Tests the cleaning of the system with water and then with cleaning solution
Tests into production mode and adjusts recipes
Trains operators and maintenance staff
Regularly reports during startup with the Project Manager (new equipment or up-grade)
Attends the startup of the production

• Debrief the performed startups

Writes the intervention report.
Attends the technical debriefing meeting organized by the Project Manager after startup.
Assist the Project Manager in the definition of issues to solve in order to get the acceptance report signed by the customer.

• Ensure the role of the guarantee on systems

Provides a first level support to the Systems Food Manager
Intervention on customer sites

• Ensure the promotion of services related to systems and ensure their production

Identifies customer needs for services
Gives this information the concerned colleagues
Performs maintenance services and audits on customer sites
Performs paying breakdown services on equipment out of warranty
Implements revamping / upgrade solutions
Trains clients to maintenance and use of our equipment

• Local technical support to our client team in Russia

Ensure technical support for any technical question related to dosing systems (customers, sales team, logistic and procurement department)
Ensure basic support for PCPs related issues with possible intervention/audits at customer site
Ensure testing of dosing equipment with customer products at their laboratory

Skills and experience we need

• Higher technical education
• At least 5 years on a similar position on Food & Industry.
• Advanced Understanding and Analysis of Wiring.
• Advanced Automation, Instrumentation, Fluid mechanics, Electricity knowledge
• Basics of Mechanics
• Advanced PC user
• Ability to communicate
• Ability to explain complex technical issues
• Autonomous
• Highly responsible
• Analytical
• Russian native, Fluent English (+ technical terminology mandatory) – French is a significant plus
• Experience with Siemens (S7-1200 / ET200SP) – TIA Portal V13.
• From 30 to 80% business trips in Russia / CIS + Worldwide
