Our client looks for a Business Developer (MRO / Industry – Aftermarket)
– To contribute to the sales expansion in MRO segment (Maintenance & Repair Overall).
– Manage the current customer portfolio and to set up new customers.
– Develop MRO business on focused markets through partnership and coordination with authorized distributors in Russia.
– Reinforce our client’s brand awareness as a premium brand, providing services, technicity, advises and reactivity to the customers.
– To manage technical proposals and offers with the support of R&D organization in France including application engineers.
– To translate drawings into Russian and to contribute to their approval by the customers in order to develop Technological & Large Size bearings on MRO focused markets.
– To be in charge of understanding the needs and requests of the end users in close connection with Business Unit, Marketing and Technical departments.
– To be involved with the most important visits, either to Steel Mill factories, Mining or Paper mills, and to organize trainings and support for the final end users or MRO customers.
– To maintain a good relationship with our client’s distribution network in Russia.
– Russian citizen.

– Experience with western companies.
– A first experience in aftermarket or dealer’s management mandatory.
