Administrative and Financial Manager (Start-up / IT)

We are ATSAL, an HR Consulting & Recruitment Agency, operating in Russia, CIS and EU.

Our client is a Swiss providing innovative projects across Europe, acting mostly as a start-up accelerator with offices in Paris (France), Geneva (Switzerland), Vilnius (Lithuania), Minsk (Belarus) and recently Moscow (Russia).


– Coordinate, supervise and carry out the financial and administrative management, and services of the company.

– Advise and inform business owner and filial directors about financial situation, working in close tandem with the accounting department / provider.

– Be an efficient coordinating interface between the different offices of the company in Russia, Bielorussia, France and Switzerland, ensuring communication and information circulation.

– Cash flow monitoring

-Monthly monitoring of budgets.

– Ensure customer financial follow up and unpaid management and recovery.

– Ensure supplier regulations.


– With > 5 years of experience in a similar / financial position.

– At ease with figures and numbers.

– Rigorous with a strong capacity to work under tight deadlines and on several tasks.

– Comfortable with start-up and digital world and mentality.

– With experience in western companies.

– Fluency in English (written and spoken); French would be a plus.
