Lead Developer

Our client is a European company, one of the leader in its domain: E-commerce expertise and conception of complex websites.

Our client looks for an efficient and qualified Lead Developer.

Missions:

– Lead the development and deployment of websites/e-commerces/web applications ;
– Develop websites/e-commerces/web applications ;
– Hire & consolidate the conpany’s Russian Dev Team with Local General Manager ;
– Manage the company’s Russian Dev Team & Freelances.

The ideal candidate:

– Must have a strong knowledge in: PHP/Mysql, PHP-framework, CSS, HTML, Javascript, Jquery.
– Must have good knowledge of Drupal, Magento.
– Must have knowledge of Symfony, WordPress.
– Should be proactive, enthusiastic, reliable, professional, responsible, quick learner.
– Must be able to prioritize his own workload and his teams workload.
– Will permanently coordinate with Project Manager & Clients.
– Must be able to work independently to tight deadlines.
– Must be fluent in English, both written and oral.
– Can be a Russian citizen or a Foreigner.

Conditions:

– Work in Full-time.
– Cozy office in the very center or Moscow, Russia.
