Our client is a Revenue Booster mobile VAS technology provider, delivering solutions and platforms that change the way mobile telecommunication operators monetize technology.
Our client operates in 7 countries and is directly connected to over 15 Telcos, covering over 600 Million mobile subscribers in Asia, Middle East, South America, Europe & Africa.
Our client looks for a Chief Technology Officer to join the head office in Indonesia.
Mission
Lead strategic planning to achieve company’s business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all the company’s services and solutions.
Establish project management follow up processes to control to ensure that objectives are achieved and services/solutions delivered in time.
Establish and supervise a strong quality process, including, but not only, integration and system testing.
Establish standards of performance and performance monitoring for your team including through performance review.
Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization and especially within your team.
Ensure company technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner
Monitor service/solution’s performance and review any application failures in staging or production.
Identify opportunities and risks for delivering the company’s services and solutions.
Establish governance processes of direction and control to ensure that objectives are achieved, that risks managed appropriately and that the organization’s resources are used responsibly.
Establish a governance process that meets company and customer expectations.
The ideal candidate
Should have as minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferable in technology or business background.
Must have outstanding PC skills.
Must have at least 3 years of successful experiences in a similar position.
Must have excellent personal and interpersonal skills, including communication skills.
Must have solid management skills and be able to manage up to 30 developers.
Must be up to date in software continuous integration.
Should have an experience or strong understanding in Software House environment.
Must be able to work on multiple project.
Must have good track record of implementing permanent business process improvements.
Must be Proficient agile development.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must speak English perfectly.
Can be citizen of Russia, CIS, Ukraine or European Union.
Conditions
The position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The CTO will report directly to the President Director of the company.
The position is a local contract, monthly salary < 3.500 USD / Month / Net.
