Our client is an international company, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of protective items in the field of Industry, construction, Food or Critical Environments.

Due to strong development in Russia the company is looking for its Country Manager Russia.

Missions

– Animate and manage and develop the Russian filial.

– Increase the volume of sales.

– Develop the sales networks through all Russia.

– Fulfil the client’s targets in Russia.

– Manage the existing team (< 5 people).

Skills

– A strong and successful experience on B to B market, in direct and through distribution networks.

– Strong sales skills and with a passion for closing deals.

– Ability to work in total autonomy and identify the business opportunities.

– Very good management skills since the team will grow.

– Ability to travel 3 times / months.
