Our client is a global western company, a world leader that designs, manufactures and distributes innovative, flexible composite materials in flexible composite material technology for different industries.
Our client is looking for a Senior Sales / Project Manager for the Russian market.
Duties
– Identify and gain new clients / projects (final users, distributors, Influencers, KOL, Architects, general contractor, prescribers …) to grow market share.
– Manage customer relationship with existing and new clients.
– Active networking to become our client’s ambassador in Russia in order to increase market penetration and brand awareness.
– Manage and monitor the full sales cycles.
– Participation to the construction of the annual Budget
– Market analysis / intelligence and strategy.
Profile
– > 10 years experience on a similar position.
– Hunter, sales oriented and with a close-the-deal mindset.
– Experience with complex and long sales processes and project sales.
– Experience on multiple market environment, diverse channels and customers.
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Technical and analytical skills.
– Able to cope with pressure and in full autonomy.
– Able to work in a global company and matrix organization.
– Fluent English.
– Reporting to Central and Eastern Europe Manager
