Area Sales Manager (Ural / Siberia)

We are ATSAL, an HR Consulting & Recruitment Agency operating in Russia, CIS and Europe.
Our client is French industrial companyMARECHAL ; a manufacturer of the most reliable low voltage electrical connectors in the world.
Our client is looking for an Area Sales Manager to cover mostly Ural but also Siberia.

Missions:

• Building and development long-term and effective relationships, concluding contacts/visits/follow-ups with leading participants in the regional electrical and construction markets (design institutes and bureaus, electrical, industrial, construction and trading companies), in accordance with the commercial policy of Marechal Electric.

• Active search for projects and opportunities in connection with the use of the company’s products (plugs & sockets, Ex products) .

• Conducting product presentations and training seminars for designers, installers and customers.

• Participation in electrical and industry exhibitions and forums. Providing support for distributors and end-customers (upon request).

• Update the CRM system with the activities/offers/visits, etc.

• Providing weekly reports to the management.

Targeted markets:

• Oil & Gas industry

• Mining industry

• Heavy industry

• Food & Beverage industry

• Ship / Shipyard / Port industries

• Railway industry

• Utilities market (Power-Gen, Water-treatment)

Candidate :

• Knowledge of the market of electrical engineering, switchboard equipment, industrial equipment

• Relevant contacts in the targeted industries (O&G, Mining, Heavy industry, Food & Beverage)

• Experience in public speaking, presentations, meetings with engineering staff, distributors, dealers , etc.

• Readiness for frequent business trips in the region and thorough Russia (Ural mostly, Siberia as well).
  

• Electro-tech education is a plus.

• English level – B2 English (Upper Intermediate).

• Self-starter and autonomous

• Hard worker, reliable and with integrity

• Based in Ekaterinburg / Cheliabinsk

• Home-office based.
