We are ATSAL, an HR Consulting & Recruitment Agency, operating in Russia, CIS and EU.
Our client is a fast-growing law firm with offices in Moscow, Paris, London and Bogota, having a balanced portfolio of corporate and private clients.

Our client is looking for a talented Junior Lawyer with minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm.

Mission

– Research, analysis and drafting consultations on various legal matters (corporate, commercial, antitrust, labour, tax, personal data, etc.)

– Provide answers to clients’ requests

– Drafting corporate, commercial, labour documents, manage registration procedures

Profile

– Diploma at a nationally-accredited law school (preference to MGU, MGIMO, HSE)

– 1-2 years of relevant experience in a law firm or big 4

– Russian native speaker fluent in French and English (oral and written)

– Good commands in Russian corporate and commercial law with interest in tax and labour law

– Client and service-oriented

– Good communication skills

– Flexible / multitask

– Responsible, well organized and accurate
