Mid-level Lawyer (Consulting / French language)

Our Client is HERES, a fast-growing law firm with offices in Moscow, Paris, London and Bogota, having a balanced portfolio of corporate and private clients.
HERES is looking for a talented Mid-level Lawyer with minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm to join their Moscow office.
The candidate will be under the direct supervision of the Senior Lawyers and Managing Partner of the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Research, analysis and drafting memos and consultations on various legal matters (corporate, commercial, antitrust, labour, tax, personal data…).
- Provide answers to clients’ requests.
- Draft corporate documents.
- Draft and review commercial and labour agreements.
- Litigation.
The Candidate:
- Diploma at a nationally-accredited 1st rank law school (e.g. MGU, MGIMO, HSE)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or big 4.
- Russian native speaker and fluent in French and English (oral and written)
- Good commands in Russian corporate and commercial law with interest in tax and labour law.
- Client and service-oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible / multitask.
- Responsible, well organized and accurate.
