MissionS
– Choose the most adequate technology (stacks, framework and tools);
– Architect, Engineer, develop and improve the core product / services;
– Recruit, supervise and motivate the Team (3 to 5 people);
– Choose the most adequate technology (stacks, framework and tools);
– Engineer, build, improve and scale the core product.
– Build, drive and motivate the technical team (3 to 5 people);
– Take ownership for all aspects of your code and participate in complex
conception/resolution of product issues;
– Constantly improving the code;
– Develop a data room, to help the business team take the best decisions;
Profile
– Experience in payment or Fintech is a plus;
– Strong open source programming skills;
– Team management experience (<3 people);
– Exposed to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web applications and microservices to manage high traffic;
– Able to work in an organized manner with test coverage, and other best practices work with high quality expectation;
– Curious, well organized and business result oriented
– Pragmatic and solution-oriented;
– Client oriented;
– Good communications skills;
– Russian native language, good command of English;
– Ready to relocate to Paris, France;
– Want to build an innovative product to be used by millions of users!
