Sales and Business Development Manager for Russia and the CIS (Chinese biotech company)
We are ATSAL, a human resources consulting and recruitment agency operating in Russia, the CIS countries, and Europe.
Our client is a Chinese biotechnology company specializing in the development and production of chemically defined CHO-based media, as well as providing services for the development of cell lines and media formulations.
Our client is seeking a Sales/Business Development Manager in Russia who will be responsible for market development in Russia and Russian-speaking countries, as well as for developing and planning the company’s international sales strategy.

Missions
Be responsible for key areas of customer service and business development in Russia and Russian-speaking regions, increase market share, and ensure the company meets its performance targets;
Collaborate with the marketing department to enhance the company’s competitiveness and strengthen its reputation in Russian-speaking regions;
Establish the necessary sales channels, develop a network of distributors in Russian-speaking regions, and incentivize and motivate them to achieve their objectives;
Develop sales strategies and marketing plans in Russian-speaking regions, and monitor budget and plan compliance;
Perform other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor
Profile required
A bachelor’s degree or higher; preferably in biology or pharmacy.
Excellent sales and business development skills, as well as an established network of contacts with clients in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Experience with biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes is preferred
More than 3 years of sales experience in related industries.
Language: Russian (native) + English and/or Chinese.
Available for business trips (within Russia and abroad).
