Our client is a startup—a subsidiary of a foreign private equity fund—that is launching a new, eco-friendly, and comfortable brand of hosiery on the Moscow market.
Our client is looking for a logistics manager to join its newly formed Moscow team.

Missions
Comprehensive organization, monitoring, and optimization of the transportation and delivery of goods to ensure 100% order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Mapping out the entire supply chain architecture.
Monitoring delivery timelines and preventing delays at all stages of the supply chain while maintaining constant coordination with warehouse and production processes.
Prompt communication with the consignee/shipper at any stage of the supply chain.
Resolving force majeure situations with any involved suppliers.
Monitoring courier schedules in accordance with the company’s needs and drivers’ work and rest schedules.
Finding solutions to order-related “problems,” preventing losses and write-offs, and implementing appropriate processes to prevent them.
Optimizing costs and expenses during the planning process using a transportation management system (TMS).
Maintaining documentation related to supply chain management.
Participating in departmental projects.
Reporting directly to the company’s Chief Operating Officer.
A good profile
Higher education.
Successful work experience in Russia is required; ideally, in a similar position or at a startup.
At least 5 years of work experience.
Excellent organizational skills.
A good listener, customer-oriented, and a team player.
He is originally from Russia and speaks English fluently.
Terms and Conditions
Official employment in accordance with the Russian Labor Code.
Establish a fixed salary plus bonuses.
Work location: Moscow, Moscow City.
