Purchasing Manager (logistics company).
We are ATSAL, a human resources consulting and recruitment agency operating in Russia, the CIS, and Europe.
Our client is a logistics company founded in 2011 that specializes in sea, rail, and combined sea-rail transportation between China and Russia. The company has over 10 years of experience in transportation between China and Russia.
Due to business expansion in Russia, our client is looking for a Procurement Manager!

Missions
Has full responsibility for managing existing international suppliers and sourcing high-quality suppliers; ensures the protection of the company’s confidential information and the maximum protection of the company’s interests;
Responsible for the operational oversight of international projects in the Russian region, ensuring the smooth implementation of international projects;
Responsible for managing international procurement and project execution, controlling project costs, optimizing management processes, and enhancing competitiveness in the international services market;
Guided by the principle of increasing value for the client, provides clients with value-added services and enhances their satisfaction;
Performs other tasks assigned by the local manager.
Skills
Have work experience in the logistics sector, at freight forwarding or shipping companies, as well as in international logistics.
A strong understanding of the Russian market and at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Fluency in spoken English; a degree in logistics or a related field in commerce; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
Have the courage to take on challenges, know how to communicate, and be a team player.
