Head of the Design Bureau / Project Manager (Samara or Togliatti)

Our client is one of the largest French industrial companies, with a presence in 70 countries and operating more than 100,000 sites annually. With a workforce of 65,000 employees, our client operates in the civil engineering, metallurgy, automotive, energy, and concession sectors.
As part of its expansion in Russia, our client is seeking a Design Engineer/Head of the Design Bureau/Project Manager to work primarily in the automotive and energy sectors.

Take a look at
Objectives
Reviewing technical specifications provided by clients,
Developing technical solutions,
Designing parts and assemblies,
Creating 3D models,
Managing a design department team of 5 to 10 people,
Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA, AutoCAD);
Candidate Profile
Higher technical education
At least 5–7 years of experience as a design engineer in the field of mechanical engineering and industry/industrial processes.
Ability to work as part of a team, ability to handle stress
Knowledge of the standards and requirements of the Unified System for Design Documentation (ESKD).
English speakers are welcome.
Experience working in an international team.
Available for business travel (up to 10% of the time).
