Financial Manager (Logistics Company)
We are ATSAL, a HR consulting and recruitment agency operating in Russia, the CIS, and Europe.
Our client is a logistics company founded in 2011 and specializing in sea, rail, and combined sea-rail transportation between China and Russia. The company has over 10 years of experience in shipping between China and Russia.

Missions
Financial Management: Responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s financial management policies and processes in the Russian region, including financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, audit coordination, and cash management.
Tax Management: Ensures the company’s compliance with Russian tax legislation, promptly declares and pays various taxes as required, and promptly analyzes and responds to changes in national and local tax legislation.
Bank Relationship Management: Establishes and maintains constructive relationships with banks and financial institutions, and addresses related issues such as settlements, financing, and foreign exchange management.
Internal Control: Based on the group’s financial management requirements, taking into account local business conditions and regional specifics, establishes and improves internal financial control systems to ensure regulatory compliance, accuracy, and the efficiency of the company’s financial transactions.
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing reports on financial position, performance, and risks, and providing reliable financial data and recommendations for decision making.
Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, and propose appropriate controls and recommendations to ensure the company’s financial security.
Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional experience: at least 3 years of experience in the financial sector, knowledge of Russian financial and tax legislation.
Professional knowledge: knowledge and skills in financial management, cost control, budgeting and other aspects of financial management.

Technical skills: Proficient in office software and financial management systems, as well as good data analysis and reporting skills.
Communication and Coordination Skills: Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills; ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Problem-solving ability: Have the ability to think independently and solve problems, and be able to handle complex financial and business challenges.

Knowledge of English is required. Reports to the local General Manager.
