Sales Manager

A well-known European company, world leader in the production of equipment for packaging industry, is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated specialist for the position of SALES MANAGER.

The role is responsible for the complete sales cycle from market identification, prospecting through to successful contract signing.

Main tasks:

·         Expansion of the company’s business in the CIS
·         Achieve assigned business goals, assume responsibility for volume, margin and customer satisfaction
·         Implement the strategy defined with the Product Line for your assigned market
·         Negotiate the objectives with the Product Line and ensure their completion
·         Pipeline management including regular formal reporting
·         Maintaining customer contacts at senior level
·         Support your management to develop territory’s sales and marketing plans
·         Conduct sales forecast with sales force and the local product manager
·         Plan strategy to accomplish upon sales goals and objectives
·         Assist in positioning the company’s products relative to other technology offering within the marketplace
·         Attend local trade shows and exhibitions as needed and as agreed with your management
·         Continuously monitor development in all product line and competitive products in order to provide up-to-date product and competitive information to prospects and management, as and when required.

Requirements:

·         University Graduate from a leading University or technical college. Higher technical education as a mechanical or electrical engineer would be an advantage
·         At least 3-5 years’ track record in technical sales and services, related to capital intensive equipment sales and service market exposure
·         The ability to educate and influence through dynamic and forceful presentations
·         Strong negotiation and prospecting skills
·         Ability to close high value contracts
·         Strong record of achievements and personal contribution to the growth of a corporation
·         Credibility at senior management level, internally and externally
·         Proven ability to work in a highly disciplined and effective manner
·         Results driven personality with the ability to work independently or within a small team, a flexible “can-do” attitude
·         Readiness to tackle any task needing to be done to ensure the success of the organization
·         A self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, but within the agreed strategy and guidelines
·         Product / industry knowledge
·         Readiness to extensive travel in the CIS and abroad if needed
