Sales Manager (IT Solutions)

Our client targets all the main players especially in Retail / FMCG but also in other such various field as Industry, Banking system, Oil and Gas …

Our client is now looking for a Sales Manager to promote their solutions on the Russian market.

Requirements

The Ideal candidate :

Must have a successful sales experience, preferably in selling Software or IT Solutions. Experience in IT Integrators would be appreciated
Must be able to identify, target, contact and convince the proper contact.
Must be able to set the correct commercial strategy.
Must be able to prepare adequate business proposals.
Must be able to lead successful negotiations with adequate contacts such as CFO / CEO / HR Directors or IT Directors.
Must be able to follow and handle long sales processes.
Must be able to “open” the doors as well as follow efficiently and on the long term prospects.
Should have a global view and understanding of global business in Russia.
Should be able to detect and to participate in Tenders.
Must have a very good reputation and a high level of integrity and business ethics.
Must have a strong customer service orientation as well as good listening skills.
Must be well organized and with a strong sense of responsibility.
Must be a Team player.
Must be a native Russian speaker, with fluent English or French.
Must have an excellent presentation.
An understanding of the HR world would be a serious plus.
